Prior to joining Headway, Karman worked in the FIG Investment Banking team of Macquarie in London executing M&A transactions for Banks and Insurance related companies.
Karman received a MSc and BA from Sciences Po Paris, specialising in Finance and Econometrics.
Karman is French. He is fluent in English, French, Hindi and Punjabi
