Prerna is a Senior Associate and joined Headway Capital in 2026

Prior to Headway, she was part of the Direct Investment team at Centerbridge Partners, where she focused on mid-market companies across Europe. She began her career in the Financial Institutions Group at Goldman Sachs in London.

Prerna holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Lady Shri Ram College. She is a CFA charterholder.

Prerna is Indian.
