Prior to joining Headway, Tiange was an associate in the Investment Banking division of Macquarie in London, executing M&A transactions in the consumer, TMT and business services sectors.

Tiange holds a Master in Management double degree from Yale School of Management and HEC Paris, and a Bachelor degree in International Finance from Fudan University.

Tiange is Chinese. She is fluent in English and Mandarin
