Sebastian Junoy
Sebastian is a founder of Headway Capital. Prior to Headway, Sebastian was part of the investment team of Coller Capital where he sourced, evaluated and closed private equity secondary investments. Before Coller Capital, Sebastian worked in cross-border merger and acquisitions at J.P. Morgan in New York. He started his career as a direct investment professional at the International Finance Corporation.
Sebastian received a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science with honours in Economics from The Wharton School, as well as a Master of Arts in International Studies, all at the University of Pennsylvania. Sebastian is Spanish-French; he is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese and proficient in Italian.

Christiaan de Lint
Christiaan is a founder of Headway Capital. Prior to Headway, Christiaan was part of the investment team of Coller Capital where he sourced, evaluated and closed private equity secondary investments. Before Coller Capital, Christiaan worked at Citigroup's Alternative Investments Strategies in London. Christiaan started his career in the corporate banking department of Citibank where he worked in both London and New York
Christiaan has a Bachelor degree in Economics, Business and Law and a Master in Business Administration from the University of St Gallen, Switzerland and is a CFA charter-holder. Christiaan is Swiss-Dutch; he is fluent in English, French and German.

Laura Shen Lefranc
Laura is a founder of Headway Capital. Prior to Headway, Laura was part of the investment team of Coller Capital where she sourced, evaluated and closed private equity secondary investments. Before Coller Capital, Laura was a direct investor in leveraged buyouts for Bain Capital in Boston. She started her career in the leveraged finance group of Goldman Sachs in New York.
Laura received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where she was a Siebel Scholar and a Bachelor of Arts with high honours in Economics and Political Science from Amherst College. Laura is Chinese-American; she is fluent in English and proficient in Mandarin and French.

Ulrich Hardt
Ulrich joined Headway in April 2009 as an Associate. Prior to joining Headway, Ulrich was part of the European Growth Capital team of 3i in Frankfurt and London. Before 3i, Ulrich worked at Calyon Credit Agricole CIB in the Leveraged Finance department in Frankfurt. Ulrich received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Mannheim University, Germany and a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University, USA. Ulrich is German; he is fluent in English and German.

Zoe Karkaletsos
Zoe joined Headway in January 2009 as an Associate. Prior to joining Headway, Zoe worked in the Financial Sponsors, General Industrials and Infrastructure Mergers and Acquisitions groups of Dresdner Kleinwort in London. Zoe received a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences (specializing in Chemistry) from Cambridge University, where she was a member of Emmanuel College. Zoe is British.

Julien Berry
Julien joined Headway in June 2011 as an Associate. Prior to joining Headway, Julien was part of the Corporate Finance Advisory team of Lloyds Banking Group in London. Before Lloyds, Julien worked at Houlihan Lokey in the Financial Advisory Services division in London. Julien received a Master’s degree in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po Paris. Julien is French; he is fluent in English and French.

Tushar Pabari
Tushar joined Headway Capital Partners in 2008 as Finance Director. He was previously Funds Controller at Cognetas, the mid-market European private equity firm. Prior to this Tushar spent seven years at KPMG, the last four years of which in KPMG’s Private Equity Group managing advisory and audit engagements for a broad range of private equity and alternative investment firms. Tushar is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a degree in Economics from the University of Manchester.

Rina joined Headway Capital in April 2006 as Office Manager. Prior to Headway, Rina worked for Inter Credit International Limited as an Accounts Manager. She started her career at Pickfords Business Travel Limited.
Rina has a BTEC National Diploma in Finance and Business Studies from Enfield College, London. She is fluent in English and Italian.

Clare joined Headway Capital Partners in January 2009 as Management Accountant. Prior to joining Headway, Clare was the Management Accountant for P&O Travel Ltd, a Corporate Travel agency under the Carnival Group.
Clare is AAT qualified and currently completing her ACCA qualification.
